The bed itself had deep body impression on the side nearest the door, indicating poor maintenance in failing to rotate and/or flip the mattress and replace at intervals for guest comfort. The shower doors were off the track forcing me to do some handyman repairs while naked. The shower would not stay regulated to a warm temp - alternating between cold and cool no matter how much hot water was added to the mix. The breakfast is terrible - coffee in particular. The bedding is polyester and the covers are too thick to regulate sleeping temp. You are freezing or sweating in a stuffy room with windows that don't open.

The heating/cooling cannot be regulated to a comfortably temp. I am done staying at Hilton-branded hotels.
